المستخلص

تستعرض ورقة العمل الحالية ظاهرة التنمر السيبراني على شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي، من حيث تحديد حجم المشکلة وابعادها والفئات الأکثر استهدافا من جانب المتنمرين. کما تلقي الضوء على الخلفية السيکولوجية لکل من المتنمر والضحية، والظروف التي توفر ارضا خصبة لانتشار هذه الظاهرة. وفي النهاية تعرض لمقترحات متنوعة للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة المتنامية التي تهدد السلام المجتمعي، والتوصيات المنبثقة عنها.
